C’è questa marmocchia paffutella che riceve in dono dalle adorate zie un carillon con una melodia dolcissima. Per anni il carillon suona facendo compagnia alla piccola e diventa un po’ la colonna sonora dei suoi giochi e della sua vita.

Dopo tanti anni quella bambina è diventata grande e a sua volta mamma di una piccola marmocchia. La melodia l’aveva quasi scordata, finché in un cd di nursery rhymes la ritrova. La riconosce. Si emoziona e per giorni non smette di canticchiarla.

E ancora oggi trovo che You’re my sunshine sia una delle più belle canzoni d’amore, oltre che una ninna nanna formidabile! E amorevolmente vorrei condividerla con voi.
